Hangtime Surf 10.5” Center Box 2.0

I’ve learned so much about making components and molds in the last year. After gathering feedback from boardbuilders throughout Europe, I’ve decided to make an update to my 10.5” product line and am introducing the Version 2.0 of my 10.5” Center Fin Box.

2.0 doesn’t just stand for a second version. More importantly, it designates a 2 mm raise of the box’s exposed, outer surface (the surface inside of the grind flanges) above the bottoms of the side and end tabs (see graphic below for reference). This will make it easier to grind away 100% of the upper flange lending to a more flush, smoother finish!

Version 2.0 (as with version 1.0) is:

• available in a wide range of colors

• fiber-reinforced and incredibly strong

• easier to grind than products by competitors

• made with the same width and height as the industry’s common 1 inch x 10.5” boxes. No need to adjust your jigs!

• Made in Europe

With Version 2.0 of the 10.5” Hangtime Surf Center Fin box, the exposed outer surface of the box is raised 2mm above the end and side tabs to acheive a more flush, smoother finish without any of the grind flange left over.
